The plan is to bring the Pacific Electric Red Car back and run them on the streets of Disney's California Adventure's new Walt Disney Plaza and Hollywoodland. I love the idea. Many relate to the film "Who Framed Roger Rabbit". But it is also very important historically speaking. Many had worries of Mylar balloons hitting the overhead power lines. It is no problem with today's technology.

The Americana Glendale's Trolley by Gomaco Trolley Company:
Inductive Power Transfer System (or IPT) is the most likely power source for the trolleys. Walt Disney Imagineering would only really have to add faux overhead powerlines to complete the historical accuracy, nostalgia, and atmosphere. A balance is brought from Disneyland's horse-drawn cars and gasoline vehicles.
