Why should this only be shown for "Toontown Morning Madness"? I would like to see this in person as a regular day guest. The music is amazing. Although I would think it's because of the crowded walkways, perhaps having this during non-peak season and in the morning would be best.

The Trolley would only be used to bring out characters for the short street show and to do meet and greets. Guests may not ride the Trolleys.
This is similar to the Universal Studios Hollywood Character Trolley.
